Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026.
These terms explain how you may use Promikept. They are a plain-language summary while our full terms are reviewed by a lawyer in each country we launch in.
Using Promikept
- You must give true details about yourself and only record promises you were really part of.
- You are responsible for the promises you make. Promikept records them; it does not guarantee that anyone keeps them.
- Don't use Promikept to harass people, to collect debts unlawfully, or for anything illegal.
Money, escrow and identity checks
- The wallet, escrow, payouts, plans paid from the wallet, identity checks and investor backing currently run in a sandbox. Balances are practice money and cannot be withdrawn as real money.
- We will tell you clearly in the app before any feature starts handling real money, and new terms will apply to it.
Agreements and evidence
- Written agreements and evidence packs are records made from what both sides entered. They are not legal advice. Whether a court accepts them depends on the law where you are.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You can change it in the app under Me, then Profile and password.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app first.
