Privacy
Last updated 27 October 2026.
What we keep
- Your account details: name, email or phone, country and city.
- The promises you record or are part of, their messages, and the outcomes that make up your Word Score.
- For identity checks, only the type of document and its last four characters. We never store the full number.
Who can see it
- A promise can be seen only by the people in it (and teammates, for business promises).
- Your Word Score and record are private unless you create a Trust Passport link. You choose who it's for, it expires, and you can stop sharing it at any time.
- Our database enforces this with row-level security, so each signed-in person can only read their own records.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the site is served by Vercel. Connections are encrypted.
AI features
If you paste a chat to capture promises, the text may be processed by an AI model to find the promises in it. We don't use it for anything else.
Your choices
